Complete 40 hours of academic instruction in subjects related to structural inspections in courses approved by the Division. |

Complete the state examination you may schedule your exam via the internet at PSI Online or by phone at 1800-733-9267. The amount of the exam is $100.00 |

Observe 25 home inspections performed by a certified general or certified master inspector or an instructor approved by the administrator, experience must be indicated on your log you may also be required to submit a complete and credible inspection report. |

Submit completed application, fingerprint cards, location of records, copy of course certificate, experience log, original exam certificate of passing grade, proof of $100,000 Errors and Omissions and General Liability Insurance, business information and application fee of $350.00. |
